Global Client Management Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of Project Managers and staff
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements
• Oversee portfolio management and resource allocation
• Ensure financial performance while supporting team development
• Deliver excellence in project execution and client satisfaction
• Maintain high quality standards in clinical supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research project management
• Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Expertise in clinical service management and complex clinical trial operations
• Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems
• Strong understanding of GMP environment and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce)

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually

Schedule

Standard work schedule (Mon-Fri), with up to 25% travel
