About the role

Responsible to complete assigned adverse event case processing related functions and conduct checks of various aspects of ICSR processing in Global Case Management (GCM).

Responsibilities

These activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily review of correspondence module in the safety database to monitor responses to follow-up queries received from adverse event reporters
  • Daily submissions of follow-up queries to appropriate adverse event reporters
  • QC of Follow-up queries
  • Conducting and supporting various reconciliation related tasks including reconciliation of Investigator Initiate Studies, License Partner's information and Product Complaints
  • Supporting Literature related activities
  • Support ad hoc departmental projects and activities as they relate to the organizational components of ICSR processing
  • Monitoring mailbox

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (science or health care-related field preferred)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritization, agility and close attention to detail
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • SharePoint

Preferred

  • Knowledge of medical conditions and terminology
  • Previous safety database (e.g. ARISg / ARGUS) experience
  • SharePoint
