About the role
The Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role, you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions. This includes cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.
Responsibilities
- Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
- Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders to assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation. This includes cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, or platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders across global organizations.

Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The annual salary range for this role is:
- California: $87,400 to $253,000
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $253,000
- Colorado: $87,400 to $253,000
- District of Columbia: $87,400 to $253,000
- Illinois: $87,400 to $253,000
- Maine: $87,400 to $253,000
- Maryland: $87,400 to $253,000
- Massachusetts: $87,400 to $253,000
- Minnesota: $87,400 to $253,000
