Key job responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional operational initiatives
• Managing business metrics and KPIs

• Stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Data analysis and reporting
• Project management for operational excellence initiatives
• Understanding of technical systems and processes
• Able to work with engineering teams
• Process automation and tooling
• Techical project coordination

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements
• Technical background or strong technical aptitude
• Experience with tooling and automation, including 3P integrations and configuration support
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
• 3+ years experience in Advertising, Entertainment or Media
• Experience with the following third party systems: Salesforce, Airtable, FlowCapture, Amazon
