Global Alliances Lead, Hyperscalers

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Global Alliances Lead, Hyperscalers to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive strategic partnerships with major cloud providers to expand access to advanced technology offerings and convert early alliance activity into scalable commercial outcomes. The position will blend relationship management, co-selling, and market development across global and regional stakeholders. The right candidate will help shape repeatable partnership motions, validate adoption paths, and support revenue growth through structured execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,400 – $262,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Prioritize relationships with select hyperscaler partners to expand access to advanced technology offerings
• Own global plans with lighthouse accounts and measure customer success
• Work directly with hyperscaler teams to qualify and propose solutions
• Engage teams to validate project feasibility and identify integration needs
• Validate commercial routes for capacity resale and negotiate terms
• Lead hands-on co-selling efforts to build successful engagement stories
• Manage globally while developing regional execution and opportunity plans

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hyperscaler alliances with hands-on relationship management experience
• Proven track record of developing partnerships into scalable revenue streams
• Expertise in emerging technologies with the ability to create credible adoption plans
• Experience in co-selling customer engagements from discovery to close
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills across functions
• Ability to convert early customer interactions into reusable sales patterns
• Global operational capability with a master's degree or equivalent experience
