We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation range and mention of bonus plan. So we can have Pay section with salary ranges and bonus info. Benefits: they mention benefits suite. So Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We need sections: About the role (maybe from intro paragraph), Responsibilities (the "What You’ll Do" bullet points), Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe from "About You" characteristics), Benefits, Pay. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use lists for duties/requirements/benefits. We need to extract content. Let's parse. Intro: "Come join us The Global Partner Excellence Lead translates Avanade’s Partner-Led Growth strategy into a disciplined, measurable operating model. As Avanade brings its Microsoft Alliance, Strategic ISV Ecosystem, CSP & Resell, and Partner Growth Platform together into one Microsoft-centered ecosystem, this role owns the common planning, governance, performance, and accountability system that enables the organization to operate as one integrated growth engine. The role establishes consistent standards for business planning, joint go-to-market commitments, scorecards, executive governance, and dependency management. It provides leaders with a consolidated view of priorities, milestones, performance, risks, and commitments while driving clear ownership and disciplined follow-through across partners and pillars. Operating through influence across a global, matrixed organization, the Global Partner Excellence Lead creates the discipline and cross-pillar coordination required to make Partner-Led Growth repeatable, scalable, and accountable for business outcomes." That's about the role. Then "What You’ll Do As the Global Partner Excellence Lead, you will own the planning, governance, and performance framework that enables consistent execution across Avanade's partner ecosystem." Then sub-sections with bullet-like paragraphs. We need to turn each bullet into

  • . The text includes headings like "Integrated Business Planning", "Performance Management & Business Impact", etc. Those could be considered subheadings but we only have

for main sections. We could embed them as inside
  • or just as prose. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
        for responsibilities, each duty as
      • . Within each
      • we can have the heading bolded. Similarly for Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications each as list. Skills: "About You Characteristics that can spell success for this role:" then bullet list of characteristics. We'll make a
for Skills. Benefits: "Avanade offers a market competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. See more information on our benefits here: Benefits and Total Rewards | Avanade United States". Also earlier: "Opportunity to work for Microsoft's Global Alliance Partner of the Year with exceptional development and training opportunities. Real-time access to technical and business experts globally. Dedicated career advisor focused on your growth. Engaged, supportive coworkers invested in your success. A great place to work As you bring your skills and abilities to Avanade, you'll gain distinctive experiences, limitless learning, and ambitious growth opportunities. You'll join a diverse, inclusive community of innovators committed to delivering business-critical technology solutions and creating meaningful impact for our clients and communities. Why Avanade Do meaningful work at the intersection of Avanade + Microsoft—bringing the best of both to enterprise customers. Sell alongside deep experts—solution specialists, industry teams, and delivery leaders who help you build credibility fast. Build a career with momentum—opportunities across industries, solution areas, and go-to-market paths as you grow. Exceed plan, and the rewards can be significant. Together, we do what matters." These are more like benefits/perks. We'll include them in Benefits section as list. Pay: "Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 10/05. Avanade offers a market competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. See more information on our benefits here: Benefits and Total Rewards | Avanade United States Role Location Annual Salary Range California $143,200 - $170,050 Cleveland $143,200 - $170,050 Colorado $143,200 - $170,050 District of Columbia $143,200 - $170,050 Illinois $143,200 - $170,050 Maine $143,200 - $170,050 Maryland $143,200 - $170,050 Massachusetts $143,200 - $170,050 Minnesota $143,200 - $170,050 New York $143,200 - $170,050 New Jersey $143,200 - $170,050 Virginia $143,200 - $170,050 Washington $143,200 - $170,050 In addition to base pay, this Sales role is eligible for additional incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan which is based on achievement toward individual sales targets, subject to Plan terms." We need Pay section with salary ranges and bonus info. Should we list each location? Could be long but we must preserve all substantive info. Could we summarize? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep all location salary ranges. That is a lot but we can include as list. We also have "We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 10/05." That's metadata maybe minor; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop as minor metadata. We also have "Role Location Annual Salary Range" then list. We'll create Pay section with

          describing compensation varies, then

          • each location with range. Also mention bonus plan. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
