About the role
Google Cloud helps organisations empower their employees, serve their customers, and build what’s next for their business — all with technology built in the cloud. The Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and Consulting Partnerships team within Google Cloud manages strategic relationships with our top partners. As a Global Alliance Lead, you will help our partners rapidly scale their worldwide business on Google Cloud. You would act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market campaigns, landing wins and delivering customer success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with C-level stakeholders, foster relationships between Google leaders and partner with executives across sales and engineering.
- Create compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives with partners by quantifying opportunities and making a business case for investments, as necessary.
- Define, track and analyse performance against specific measures of success for quantifiable, tangible progress.
- Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders across both Google and the partner organisation for maximum impact and to build a long-term partnership.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales or business development, including 5 years of experience in working with GSIs, experience with public cloud solutions and services in the enterprise segment, experience in designing and building go-to-market models with GSIs, experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a technical field, knowledge of the cloud services landscape and ability to provide industry insights, skills in translating data and trends into strategies and compelling messages, proven leadership and persuasion skills along with the ability to mentor others, strong communication skills and ability to conduct partner CXO engagements.
Pay
US: $224000 - $312000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
