Global AI Trainer- (Hybrid Nationwide)

About the role

This is a technical, customer-facing training role. You will deliver instructor-led bootcamps, hands-on labs, and workshops to audiences ranging from software engineers and solution architects to sales teams and executive stakeholders. You are not expected to build or implement production solutions -- your job is to teach, facilitate, and troubleshoot in live environments with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, hands-on labs, and workshops to audiences ranging from software engineers and solution architects to sales teams and executive stakeholders.
• Teach, facilitate, and troubleshoot in live environments with confidence and clarity.
• Guide labs and workshops using APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot live in workshop or lab environments.
• Provide high-visibility role with meaningful impact across international markets.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge in AI enablement and experience running workshops.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, generative AI, and AI application development workflows.
• Comfort guiding labs and workshops using APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Experience troubleshooting live in workshop or lab environments.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Qualifications

• Background in technical training, developer education, technical consulting, or enablement.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, or enterprise enablement programs at scale.
• Fluency in a regional language relevant to assigned market (Hindi, French, German, Japanese, etc.).
