Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and educational materials for various audiences.
- Design and implement curriculum and training materials covering topics such as machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks like PyTorch-TensorFlow, natural language processing, computer vision, Generative AI, and AI ethics.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during hands-on exercises, projects, and assignments to reinforce learning and skills development.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI and machine learning, particularly in Generative AI, and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine training content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Development, including experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, Generative AI, and AI development tools.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in training others in the field of artificial intelligence, either in a corporate training setting, academic environment, or as a freelance trainer.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Experience with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional technologies is a plus.
