Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities for agencies and translate them into product requirements.
- Support the development and improvement of the Agency Portal for efficient agency onboarding.
- Streamline the agency product inbound process, gathering and organizing requests from various teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to ensure smooth agency workflows and resolve issues.
- Track key metrics to assess product adoption, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Business Operations within the advertising, technology, or agency sector.
- Strong innovation and execution skills, combined with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to tackle complex problems and consistently deliver solutions.
- High resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,600 - $220,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is part of the total compensation package, which may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company matching, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (pro-rated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
