About the role
The Global Corporate Account Manager (GCAM) leads strategy and growth for multinational corporate accounts, aligning global priorities with regional execution to deliver a consistent customer experience. The GCAM serves as the primary global point of accountability, partnering with Regional Corporate Account Managers (RCAMs) to drive alignment, growth, and customer value.
Responsibilities
Own the global account strategy, growth plan, and customer relationship roadmap.
Understand customer priorities, procurement models, and decision-making across regions.
Identify global growth opportunities and translate them into regional action plans.
Lead a global-regional operating rhythm with RCAMs, including business reviews and pipeline alignment.
Ensure regional strategies, pricing, and value propositions align with the global plan.
Help RCAMs resolve escalations and remove execution barriers.
Oversee global contracts, pricing governance, and commercial terms.
Ensure regional compliance with global agreements and commercial positioning.
Consolidate regional pipelines to improve global forecasting.
Serve as senior relationship owner for global decision-makers and procurement leaders.
Career engagement across regions.
Support RCAMs in building regional relationships that reinforce global objectives.
Track revenue, margin, share of wallet, and customer satisfaction across regions.
Report account health, risks, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Establish KPIs and accountability for regional execution.
Partner with product, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations to support customer needs.
Advocate internally for customer priorities and strategic initiatives.
Lead global account planning and capability-building with RCAMs.
Requirements
8–12+ years in strategic account management, global account leadership, or enterprise sales.
Experience managing multinational customers across regions.
Demonstrated data center industry experience, including knowledge of mission-critical operations, hyperscale and colocation customer environments, critical infrastructure stakeholders, uptime expectations, commissioning needs, and the technical, commercial, and service priorities that influence data center decision-making.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and global contracting skills.
Executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven track record of success in complex, multinational sales environments.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
