Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global account strategy with growth initiatives and success metrics
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across customer organizations
- Lead strategic account planning including pipeline development and forecasting
- Drive commercial negotiations for pricing and sourcing strategies
- Develop expertise in customer core markets like energy and data centers
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies for ADI’s positioning
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple business units and teams
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in Global Account Management or Key Account Management
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with sound business judgment in complex environments
- Passionate about technology and solving real-world challenges
- Familiarity with energy, power, industrial, or data center markets is advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagement
