Global Account Executive
About the role
You will be on the front line of bringing genuinely disruptive legal tech to a market that's been waiting for it. You’ll be part trusted advisor, part change-maker. Building Relationships
- Be the person IP teams call before they even know what question to ask.
- Earn trust the old-fashioned way, by showing up as a peer who's done the work, not a rep with a pitch deck.
- Build long-term partnerships with the attorneys, agents, and innovation leaders who are ready for something better.
Advising Customers on the Future of Patent Work
- Help legal and IP teams see what's actually possible when transparent AI replaces guesswork.
- Translate where the industry is headed into a concrete, credible roadmap your customers can act on.
- Speak both "patent" and "AI" fluently, and make the connection feel obvious.
Uncover Challenges
- Get curious about the bottlenecks IP teams have stopped even mentioning because they assumed nothing would change.
- Ask the questions that surface where the legacy process is costing time, money, or protection.
- Diagnose before you prescribe, understand a team's workflow well enough to know exactly where it's breaking down.
Help Solve Them
- Turn what you've uncovered into a plan, showing customers exactly how IPRally closes the gap.
- Champion change inside organizations that are used to "how it's always been done."
Measure success the way a practitioner would: fewer hours lost, sharper decisions, IP that's actually protected.
