Glendale Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side practice in Glendale, Arizona. This position is well suited for a legal specialist who can manage complex case activity, maintain organized litigation files, and help move matters efficiently toward resolution or trial. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of personal injury litigation and thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment. This is an in-office position.
About the role
This position involves coordinating day-to-day litigation support for plaintiff personal injury matters from filing through resolution, drafting and reviewing discovery requests, maintaining case records, preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and experts, and assisting with trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize discovery requests, discovery responses, and supporting documentation in line with court deadlines and attorney direction.
- Maintain case records within case management software, track deadlines, and monitor key litigation milestones to help ensure timely case progress.
- Prepare pleadings, exhibits, medical records summaries, and other legal documents needed for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and opposing counsel to gather information and support ongoing case development.
- Absorb and organize witness files, evidence, deposition materials, and pretrial documents.
- Conduct file reviews and document analysis to identify missing items, follow-up needs, and issues requiring attorney attention.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience with a strong background in personal injury and civil litigation matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage discovery tasks, litigation documents, and case deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience supporting trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, coordinating records, and organizing case materials.
- Proficiency with case management software and general legal technology used in a litigation practice.
- Solid understanding of plaintiff-side personal injury processes, court procedures, and litigation workflow.
- Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven legal setting.
Qualifications
- Legal degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of personal injury litigation and civil procedure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
