About the role

This position is based in Aurora, CO, and is safety-sensitive. On-the-job training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity, and work quality for assigned projects
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution, and closeout
• Use look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, and project specifications to optimize scheduling of material, manpower, and crew mix
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance, and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers, and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of the branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
• Perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
• Track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
• Managed a crew size of 15+ craftsmen
• Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems
• Proficient in quality control
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks, including lifting 40 pounds at a time

Pay

Hourly range: $35 - $40 an hour.
