Our technicians earn their pay via comissions with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Our technicians typically earn between $50-90k per year working Monday - Friday 8-5pm. Specific Responsibilities: Install glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installationsInstall auto glass and window/door regulatorsEnsure the efficient use of materials and stock truckLearn to conduct accurate field measuring and cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performedKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Job Requirements: Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels ability to read a tape measure is a must!****Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installationNo fear of heights on a ladder or liftProficiency to navigate tablet-based technologyExcellent communication skills At the Glass Doctor of Lawton, we want our teammate’s tenure here, whether 2 years or 20 plus years, to be a positive experience and bright spot in their career.
