Glaucoma Specialist (Open Rank Faculty)
Responsibilities
Provides outpatient Glaucoma and inpatient surgical care to patients at the USF Health Eye Institute and Tampa General Hospital.
Supervision and teaching of residents, fellows and medical students.
Lectures or provides Grand Rounds on various specialty topics.
Provides TGH call coverage and performs other duties as assigned by Department Chair.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency training program.
- Must meet university criteria for faculty appointment to the rank of assistant professor, associate or professor.
- Candidates must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
- This candidate must obtain credentialing with USF Health and Tampa General Hospital.
