Glass Shop Manager - Store#25

About the role

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians in airports, retail locations, or mobile operations. Experience is valued but not required. We provide paid training at $25/hr and fast-track promotion opportunities to Shop Manager roles earning $50,000–$65,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps
• Create employee schedules and submit payroll
• Control inventory: conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits
• Place product orders and physically restock inventory as necessary
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations
• Support other team members with duties such as responding to customer questions and repairing glass
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver around vehicles to position safely during installations
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a drug test for safety
• Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
• Basic computer operating skills
