About the role

A Glass Repair Technician enjoys working with their hands outside in all seasons and weather conditions, works well independently, and is highly motivated. Training will be provided on the job, including a glass repair certification. The training for this position typically takes 60-90 days to complete.

$23 / hour

Thursday–Monday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
• Check in and process 30+ vehicle transactions daily
• High-volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory
• Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Notify management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions, and vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (e.g., additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving)
• Able to perform physical requirements related to vehicle deletion process
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
