Responsibilities
- Train employees, assign and direct work, and appraise performance in accordance with the organization's policies and SOPs.
- Provide feedback to the Production Manager and other areas regarding potential product and/or process improvements.
- Comply with job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for safe performance of work assignments.
- Follow appropriate standard operating procedures.
- Maintain ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise employees in the packing department.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and SOPs, including performance reviews, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Schedule
4 ten-hour shifts (4:30 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–1:30 AM).
