What You'll Do
- Measure, cut, and fabricate glass and aluminum framing components
- Install commercial storefront systems, entry doors, and hardware
- Install shower enclosures, mirrors, and interior glass partitions
- Read field measurements and shop drawings — and execute off them
- Work job sites and inshop fabrication depending on project flow
- Represent Glasshopper professionally on every client site
What We Need
- 2+ years in glazing or a related precision trade (millwork, metal fab, windows/doors, countertops, etc.)
- Proven ability to measure accurately and work to tight tolerances
- Valid driver's license — you'll be driving to job sites
- Able to lift 75+ lbs — glass panels are heavy
- Own your basic hand tools
- Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented — no exceptions
Nice to Have
- Commercial storefront aluminum framing experience
- Shower enclosure or frameless glass installation
- Interior glass partition systems
- Experience leading a small field crew
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety cert
