About the role
Earnhardt Honda is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Service Department as a Glass Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers
- Explain the benefits of choosing Earnhardt Auto Glass over other providers
- Collect and forward customer information onto the supervisor and fellow team members
- Help facilitate with scheduling windshield replacement appointments in a timely manner
- Filing documents and records
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred)
- Must have a clean driving record
