GIT Platform - ERP Project Manager

PURPOSE The ERP Project Manager provides leadership and support to the Global ERP Project by working closely with cross-functional business leads, technical teams, vendor partners, and peers to manage, plan, document, implement, and support internal and global initiatives. This role will manage all aspects of the global ERP project. Essential Duties Plan and manage project strategy, tasks, teams, and resourcesFollow best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, ongoing milestone & deliverable tracking, risk assessment & mitigation, communication, and key performance metricsAdhere to project governance & oversight and help drive accountability to achieve project milestones and overall project outcomesIdentify and assess project risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage change with the stakeholder requirements to deliver results on-time and within budgetCommunicate project status and escalate issues as appropriate. Help ensure tradeoffs and priorities are well-understood by key stakeholders during decision makingConduct post project follow-ups to identify successful & unsuccessful project elements, and opportunities for improvementDetermine and manage stakeholder needs and expectationsHelp determine root cause of project impediments and develop corrective action plansAll other duties as assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT Off-hour meetings and work to accommodate global time zonesCarry mobile phone during work and off-hoursCollaborative team environment in a shared workspaceGeneral office, computer room, warehouse, and factory areasInfrequent off-hours work and local/international travel as requiredAble to sit for extended periods of timeMinimum lifting requirements of 15 pounds Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent verifiable education/work experience5+ years of success in a comparable roleExperience with ERP migrations preferred, especially Microsoft DynamicsProject Management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.)Experience with global projects a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and interest in accuracyAbility to travel abroad For Internal Use Only: IT001
