About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS applications using Python, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test GIS solutions
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing GIS systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Stay updated with the latest GIS trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in GIS development or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and related GIS software
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python
- Knowledge of geospatial data analysis and visualization techniques
- Understanding of web mapping technologies and APIs
