Overview

You will bring first-hand experience from the construction, engineering, and project delivery sectors to help shape and share Esri’s vision for how GIS transforms the way the built world is designed, constructed, and operated. This role emphasizes the construction lifecycle from planning and design through preconstruction, field execution, and operations and focuses on how location intelligence, digital twins, and integrated data environments enable safer, more efficient, and more predictable projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Esri’s AEC Industry Manager and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, professional services, and partners) to build awareness, foster engagement, and drive adoption of Esri technology across the global construction ecosystem.
  • Create compelling thought leadership.
  • Sponsor industry events.
  • Engage directly with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners to showcase how GIS connects the jobsite to the office and the project to the planet.

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, and project delivery sectors.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for using location intelligence, digital twins, and integrated data environments to transform the built environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or project delivery sector.
  • Experience with GIS technologies and applications.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction and engineering.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
