Performance Goals

• Will work with the Head Coach to establish and lead a successful Volleyball Program that includes the development of self-discipline, character, teamwork, leadership, world-class citizenship, responsibility, academic excellence and character formation
• Serves as an example of exceptional professional conduct and be mindful of their representation of South Spencer High School
• Encourages student participation and manage the successful day-to-day operations of the Volleyball Program
• Work with Head Coach to run try-outs to build a successful program
• Practices occur after school or before school and coach must be on time for each practice and performance
• Follows and support the South Spencer Handbook
• Supports the mission of South Spencer High School
• Attends athletic, all-school, IHSAA and City Coaching meetings, events and professional development, as directed by the South Spencer High School Athletic Administration

Pay

There is a stipend included with this position. This position does not come with a teaching position within South Spencer High School.
