About the role

Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Girls Junior Varsity/Middle School Field Hockey Coach for the fall 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Coach the girls junior varsity/middle school field hockey team
• Develop and implement training programs
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Work closely with the athletic director and other coaches

Requirements

• Experience coaching field hockey at the middle school/junior varsity level
• Bible-based values and commitment to Westminster Christian Academy's mission
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Team management skills
• Ability to manage time effectively

Benefits

Seasonal stipend determined by coaching experience.

Pay

Compensation is based on the level of coaching experience.

Part-time position, details to be discussed with the Athletic Director.
