About the role

Responsibilities
- Support member organizations with HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- HR software proficiency (e.g., BambooHR, ADP)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
