About the role

The Lummus Group is a family of companies including Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Intralogistics. The Lummus Corporation Ginning Leadership Program (GLP) is a formal program centered around on-the-job training and leadership development within the agricultural sector. Participants move through various roles and tasks within Lummus Corporation, developing new skills and bringing fresh perspectives to existing work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between locations in Savannah GA, Memphis TN, and Lubbock, TX
• Participate in leadership trainings
• Travel up to 60-70% of time in the region, particularly from August to December
• Prepare and deliver presentations on work projects
• Commit to Lummus Corporation for a period of three years

Requirements

• College graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.8
• Ability to relocate to Savannah GA, Lubbock TX, or Memphis TN
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to participate in leadership trainings
• Capable of traveling up to 60-70% of time in the region, particularly from August to December
• Commitment to Lummus Corporation for three years
