Gifting Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Gifting/Concierge Agent to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests and clients through personalized promotional programs. At Branson Travel Group, we believe every guest deserves moments of delight that last a lifetime. Our team specializes in curating elegant stays, allowing each guest to experience Branson in a truly special way.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.
• Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.
• Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented, and brand aligned.
• Track gifting activity in company software, manage stock levels, and assist with related tasks.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or events (1 year preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, company software systems, and basic office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments as needed.
