About the role
The Gift Shop Supervisor manages the operations of the St. Mary’s Medical Center Gift Shop, serving patients, visitors, and staff while fundraising for patient care grants and scholarships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Gift Shop’s operations and employee/volunteer teams
- Lead in merchandise selection and purchasing to appeal to various age groups
- Maintain the Gift Shop’s inventory and financial records
- Attend regional and national gift shows annually
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work effectively with a diverse team of staff and volunteers
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with inventory and financial reporting

Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required.
Skills
Experience with retail operations, inventory management, and merchandise buying is preferred.

Schedule
Day shift rotation at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Building B, with varying hours per pay period.
