About the Role
The Gift Shop Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gift Shop, including setting financial goals, ensuring profitability, and effective merchandising. This role involves managing inventory, maintaining financial records, overseeing gift shop volunteers, supporting the volunteer services department, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Proficiency in POS inventory computer systems and general cashiering skills
- Computer knowledge and skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of retail management best practices and willingness to learn new skills
- Minimum high school graduate or higher education with an emphasis on customer service and business
- Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in retail or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint), including complex spreadsheets
Pay
Opening pay range: $25.12 to $38.94 per hour.
