About the role

The Gift Shop Clerk prepares food and beverage orders and sells merchandise to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains awareness of guest’s needs and assists with product knowledge.
• Handles cash bank and retail transactions.
• Manages merchandise displays, cleanliness, and inventory needs.
• Takes and prepares food and beverage orders.
• Plans, organizes, and completes work in a timely manner.
• Takes initiative, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests.
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position.
• Must have cash-handling experience.
• Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
• Receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Complete all required company training.
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
• Must be able to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
