Gift Shop Associate

Responsibilities

• Display and stock inventory items as needed
• Keep gift shops neat and clean
• Greet and take care of customers
• Use register for cash and card payments

Qualifications

• Personal Skills:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, with weekends and night time availability
  • Handle cash and card payments and count back cash accurately
  • Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care
  • Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change
  • Able to manage time well
  • Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development
  • Communicates the Margaritaville Lake Resort Mission clearly, effectively, and professionally
  • Actively listens to others
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Minimum lifting & pulling of 20 pounds
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • Continuous standing for duration of shift
  • Hearing, writing, typing
