Gift of Life- Clinical Coordinator – Service Line Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develops or assists in the development of and implementation of the policies and procedures required to support the requirements of all licensing or regulatory agencies.
• Captivates and assists in the development and implementation of educational programs to support quality of care within the department or service line.
• Supports excellence in patient care by planning for positive patient outcomes.
• Participates in clinical care as necessary.
• Affirms clinical expertise within their service line.
• Assumes overall accountability for their service line.
• Delegates responsibility to others, in their absence.

Qualifications

• 3 Years OR Nursing experience and certification as CNOR preferred.
• Graduate of an NLN approved school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
