Responsibilities
- Provide accurate failure knowledge to mitigate production impacts
- Identify and communicate root causes of failures
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Analyze data and interpret results for affected programs
- Understand and communicate quality issues related to component reliability
- Manage distribution and mitigation of alerts effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant engineering experience
- Skilled in preparing and presenting detailed issue presentations with action plans
- Experience with BOM management for development and production programs
- Familiarity with component specifications, drawings, and QPL/QML standards
- Familiarity with the use of electronic components in practical applications

Pay
$107,500 – $204,500 annually
