About the role
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of gastrointestinal cancers.
Responsibilities
- Teaching hematology/oncology fellows, residents, and medical students (100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching required)
- Care of patients with gastrointestinal cancers in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service
- Enrolling patients onto clinical trials
Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology
