About the role
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of gastrointestinal cancers.
Responsibilities
- Teach hematology/oncology fellows, house staff, and medical students (100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching required for the academic clinician track)
- Provide care for patients with gastrointestinal cancers in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service
- Enroll patients into clinical trials
Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology
