GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse Full Time
Endoscopy Center of Dayton, a leading healthcare provider in the Beavercreek area, is seeking a dedicated GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.
About the role
The RN is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. Ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and implement nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients.
- Ensure high-quality and safe delivery of patient care in compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and Federal/State standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Active RN license in the state.
- ACLS certification required.
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
