Purchasing$81k–$90k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About GLOVIS America Inc." and "Summary". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. So we need to parse the posting. Content: - About GLOVIS America Inc. (company description). Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role description. The posting includes "Summary" which describes the position responsibilities. Could map to "About the role" or maybe "Summary". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Summary: "The position is responsible for managing vendor contracts and supplier relationships, overseeing daily procurement support operations, leading team performance and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and effective contract administration. Success in this role requires strong procurement and contract management expertise, leadership and coaching capabilities, analytical judgment, and effective communication and relationship management skills." That's a prose description of role. Could be placed under

About the role

with

. - Responsibilities: list bullet points under "Responsibilities" heading. Then "Additional Responsibilities" also list. - Requirements: The posting includes "Education & Experience Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Skills" section. - Qualifications: maybe combine Education & Experience. - Skills: list of skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: "Compensation Range $80,859 - $89,739 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)". That's pay info. - Schedule: Not mentioned. There's "Up to 10% travel". That's not schedule. No explicit schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. - Also "Physical Requirements", "Working and Environmental Conditions" - not requested headings; we should drop boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions might be considered not boilerplate but not in allowed headings; we could maybe incorporate into a short

under something else? But we should not create new headings not in list. Probably drop them as they are not requested. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we drop Physical Requirements, we lose substantive info. But the instruction says we can only use those headings; we could put that info under a generic

without heading? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. those). It might be okay to have other headings but they'd be non-standard. Safer to stick to those headings and incorporate other info into appropriate sections or as

without heading? The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." It didn't forbid other headings, but they gave examples. Usually they want only those headings. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Physical Requirements into a

under maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? But it's not exactly requirement. Could be under "Requirements" as a paragraph. Similarly Working and Environmental Conditions could be under "Requirements" or maybe omitted as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered generic. I'd include it as a short paragraph under "Requirements". Also there is duplicated EEO statement repeated twice; we should remove that. Also "Benefits may vary by location. All benefits pursuant to Company policy." That's part of benefits. Also "Up to 10% travel" could be under "Schedule"? Not exactly schedule; maybe under "Responsibilities" as a note? Could be its own line under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a responsibility; it's a job condition. Could be under "Schedule" if we treat travel as schedule? But schedule usually refers to work hours. Not present. Safer to include as a short paragraph under "Responsibilities" maybe as a note. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Company description: About GLOVIS America Inc. (first paragraph). That's substantive. Summary: as above. Responsibilities: list bullet points (the list under "Responsibilities"). Additional Responsibilities: list bullet points. Compensation Range: as given. Benefits: list bullet points (the benefits list). Also note "*" maybe footnotes; we keep as is. Skills: list bullet points (the skills list). Actually they are sentences separated by periods; we can turn into

  • . Education & Experience Required Qualifications: list: Bachelor’s Degree, 7+ years of Logistics experience, 1-3 management/supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications: 4-7 management/supervisory experience. We could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications heading: maybe two sub-sections? But we can just list them as
    • with note "Required:" and "Preferred:"? Better to separate: maybe

      Qualifications

      then

      Required: ...

      Preferred: ...

. Or we could make two
with headings inside? But instruction: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have separate lists for Required and Preferred. We also have Skills list. We need to avoid repeating job title (not present). No Job ID. We need to remove duplicated lines: EEO duplicated, also "Glovis America, Inc. adheres to the equal employment opportunity guidelines..." appears twice; we remove both. Also remove "Physical Requirements" and "Working and Environmental Conditions"? Might be considered not boilerplate but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Qualifications as a note. Let's decide to include a section "Requirements" for physical/working conditions? Actually Requirements heading is for job requirements (education, experience). Physical requirements could be under Requirements as well. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (company description + summary? Actually About the role could be the summary of role. Company description maybe could be under About the role? But they said About the role heading for section about the role. The company description is about the company, not role. Could we have a separate section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. Could we put company description under About the role? Might be odd but acceptable as it's substantive. Or we could omit company description? That would lose info. Better to include it as a paragraph under About the role heading, preceding the summary. Thus

          About the role

          then

          company description

          summary

          . - Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

list of responsibilities (including additional responsibilities maybe combined). Also include "Up to 10% travel" as a list item. - Qualifications:

            Qualifications

then maybe two subheadings? Not allowed to use

            ? Not specified. Could use

            Required:

              ...

            Preferred:

              ...
            . - Skills:

            Skills

              list. - Benefits:

              Benefits

                list. - Pay:

                Pay

Compensation Range $80,859 - $89,739 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: company description, summary, responsibilities list, additional responsibilities, compensation, benefits list, skills list, required qualifications, preferred qualifications. Check for any other info: "Up to 10% travel" we added as responsibility bullet. Also note "Benefits may vary by location. All benefits pursuant to Company policy." We'll include as a list item maybe. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, physical requirements, working conditions (we omitted). Did we lose any substantive info from those? Physical Requirements: ability to sit, repetitive use, stand/walk, carry/lift up to 20 pounds, reasonable accommodation. That's substantive. Working and Environmental Conditions: typical office environment low-level noise, location Duluth GA, relocation to Atlanta GA Buckhead area early fall. That's also substantive. We need to preserve them. Where to put? Could be under Qualifications as a paragraph "Work Environment" or under About the role? Perhaps we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed. Could incorporate into Qualifications as a note: maybe

Work Environment: Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure. This position will be located in Duluth, GA; office will be relocating to Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area) in early fall.

and physical requirements as another paragraph. Thus we keep them. Now check for duplicated lines: we removed duplicate EEO. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure proper nesting. Let's craft:
