Assistant General Manager

Key Roles

• Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with staff-related issues
• Aid customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health
• Provide health and wellness education to customers
• Deliver a superior customer experience
• Aid in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads
• Engage with the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and promote Restore’s wellness services
• Pinpoint and implement new social media trends
• Generate reports related to store performance

• You are a health and wellness enthusiast and have a passion for fitness
• You enjoy the sales process and have a proven track record of success
• You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• You are a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics
• You are a strong leader and not afraid to delegate responsibility to your team members
• You are driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for yourself and your team
• You place importance on ethics and integrity, and exhibit this every day

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required.
