Always Best Care Albuquerque-Rio Rancho-Santa Fe is offering a FREE 2-week HHA Training Program designed to help compassionate, dependable individuals begin a rewarding career in caregiving. Complete our HHA training and, after successfully completing the required onboarding process and moving forward with employment, earn $17.00 per hour — CNA-level pay! The 2-week course is provided at no cost to you and is completed primarily from home. Training runs Monday through Friday, with coursework that offers flexibility throughout your day. Once you successfully complete the program and required onboarding, you'll be prepared to begin working as an HHA with Always Best Care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Light housekeeping
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation and errands when appropriate
- Providing dependable, compassionate one‑on‑one care
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and reliable
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Willingness to learn and complete the 2‑week HHA training program
- Commitment to providing excellent care to seniors
- Ability to successfully complete required onboarding and pre‑employment requirements

Pay

Schedule
