W-2 Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing home care team serving Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Callahan, Amelia Island, Nassau County, and surrounding communities. We have multiple clients needing dependable caregivers and are hiring professionals ready to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes.

Pay

• $18–$22 per hour (higher-paying assignments may be available)
• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school (previous HHA experience with another agency alone does not qualify)
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement completed within the last 6 months stating "Free of Communicable Diseases"
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS, and 2 hours Assistance with Self-Administered Medication (bundled options available at c-e-u.com)
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
