About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a Gestionnaire Développement Logiciel | Manager Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation
$135,800 – $258,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and technical strategy for the team
- Collaborate with core company engine, platform, and graphics teams
- Communicate team vision and progress to stakeholders
- Mentor and coach team members for professional development
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering management
- Strong technical knowledge of Android platform technologies including C/C++, Java, and Kotlin
- Proven ability to collaborate with product owners and external partners
- Expertise in C++, C#, and Java programming languages
- Capacity to understand complex software products
