For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Gestionnaire De Contrats to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractual aspects from bid preparation to project execution, closure, and warranty
  • Draft, review, and adapt commercial clauses based on project needs and legal frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and project teams on risk mitigations and opportunities
  • Prepare change orders, amendments, claims, and other contractual requests
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and amendments with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure project teams properly interpret and apply contractual obligations
  • Support project teams in establishing performance indicators for risk mitigation and opportunity management

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering, law, business, finance, or related technical field
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in contract management within complex project environments (Energy, EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors)
  • Proven ability to compile, structure, and draft complex amendments and changes in accordance with contractual standards
  • Strong understanding of financial aspects of projects (costs, margins, risks) and their connection to contract management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven capacity to structure, analyze, and resolve complex problems
  • Fluency in French (oral and written) and ability to work in English with global teams and international partners

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
