Compensation

• Base Compensation: $40,000–$100,000+
• Experienced Surrogates: $120,000+ total
• First-Time Surrogates: $95,500+ total
• Signing Bonus: $1,000
• Monthly Allowance: $600/month
• Monthly Support Group: $100/month
• Start of Medications: $1,000
• Embryo Transfer: $2,000
• Contract Signing Bonus: $1,000
• Housekeeping: $200/month
• Maternity Clothing: $800–$1,000
• C-Section Compensation: $7,500
• Multiples Compensation: $10,000

Requirements

• Ages 21–39 years old
• Have had one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Referral Bonus Program

Refer a woman to our surrogacy program and earn a bonus:

• $1,500 for referring a first-time surrogate (paid upon legal clearance)
• $2,000 for referring an experienced surrogate (paid upon legal clearance)

Referring person must have a connection to Conceptual Options or be registered as a referral agent.
