Pay

• Experienced Surrogates receive $120,000+
• 1st Time Surrogates receive $95,500+
• Signing Bonus: $1,000
• Base Compensation: $40,000-$100,000+
• Monthly Allowance: $600/month
• Monthly Support Group: $100/month
• Start of Medications: $1,000
• Embryo Transfer: $2,000
• Contract Signing Bonus: $1,000
• Housekeeping: $200/month
• Maternity Clothing: $800-$1,000
• C-Section Compensation: $7,500
• Multiples Compensation: $10,000

Requirements

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Referral Bonus Program

Refer a first-time surrogate to our program and receive a $1,500 referral fee when she receives legal clearance. Refer an experienced surrogate and receive a $2,000 referral fee. Referring person must have some connection to Conceptual Options or be registered as a referral agent.
