German Translator

About the role

Apply your extensive language skills to clearly and accurately translate a wide range of documentation, training materials, and software for Epic, a world leader in electronic medical records technology. Your input will help shape localization efforts, quality assurance, and terminology maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute important translation projects
• Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative software for German-speaking healthcare organizations

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong preference for experience translating from American English into German
• Ensure translations maintain appropriate feeling, tone, and style

Qualifications

• Ability to manage translation projects independently
• Strong communication skills

Skills

• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Knowledge of Epic software (will be trained)

Location

Based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Financial relocation assistance provided.
