German Translator

About the role

Apply your extensive language skills to clearly and accurately translate a wide range of documentation, training materials, and software for Epic, a world leader in electronic medical records technology. Your input will help shape localization efforts, quality assurance, and terminology maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute important translation projects
• Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative software for German-speaking healthcare organizations
• Ensure translations maintain appropriate feeling, tone, and style

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong preference for experience translating from American English into German
• No prior experience with Epic software required, training will be provided

Qualifications

• High degree of autonomy and independence in managing translation projects
• Active involvement in clinical, administrative, and financial product development

Skills

• Exceptional language skills in German and English
• Ability to maintain appropriate tone and style in translations

Pay
