Main duties
- Represent a well-established fabric company, growing the market within a designated region (Münich)
- Build good relationships with customers, managing an active sales pipeline
- Identify and engage with potential new customers
- Conduct client presentations showcasing multiple product lines
- Manage a large number of active accounts providing great service
- Offer customized solutions and expert sales guidance across product lines
- Work with the UK-based customer service team for orders and issue resolution
- Keep CRM system details up to date and accurate
- Support showroom appointments and events
Requirements
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) with an excellent command of English
- Sales or Business Development or Account Management experience, preferably within the fabrics/interior design industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a client portfolio, achieving measurable sales outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident disposition
- Organized, proactive, and sales-driven
- Able and willing to travel within the Münich area 60% - 70% of the time
